1	Haritaki	Terminalia Chebula	Fruit	1 kg
2	Guduchi	Tinospora Cordifolia	Stem	1 kg
3	Shunti	Zingiber officinale	Rhizome	1 kg

 Method of Preparation

First of all, prepare the coarse powder of all the ingredients and add water to it. Then this mixture is boiled until it is reduced to one eighth. On completion of the process, it should be filtered with a clean cloth and used in a lukewarm with the prescribed preservatives

 DOSE WITH USAGE

Dose is 12 – 24ml, before food, at about 6 am and 6 pm or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
